Graduates are able to work effectively in the field of music and culture (including private companies, public institutions, concert halls and museums, etc.) in an independent and problem-oriented manner with an interdisciplinary foundation of scientific knowledge. Furthermore, graduates are prepared for managerial positions in middle and top management requiring both business know-how and a broad range of social and personal competence. In response to the broad range of challenges that arise in practice, graduates acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in the field of business administration. The business subjects will be explained and explored within the specific context of the Music and Culture branch. Due to the increasing internationalization in this field, graduates will receive foreign language training as they learn the technical aspects of Music and Culture Management. |
