The semi-virtual programs of study contain 3 periods of onsite phases for each semester. Every onsite phase lasts for 5 days. During this time, educational topics will be covered that demand onsite instruction. Included in this are all courses from the area of “Key Qualifications”. Furthermore, onsite phases offer the opportunity to cover complex themes in greater depth and to discuss open questions with the instructor. Another essential element of the onsite phases is academic coaching.
Virtual portion of study
During the time between onsite phases, the program of study proceeds through the use of our learning platform. Different than most distance learning, the Internet is used as a communication platform. In this way, a feeling of working together develops even in the virtual phases of instruction, and regular communication with course tutors can take place.
